Fall Statewide Network Meeting
November 18th & 19th

Will be a guest speaker on the 19th on the topic of

Racism and Justice


An educational roundtable, conducted via Zoom, to share and discuss, followed by a question and answer format, where those who have joined can ask questions regarding any aspect of education. This roundtable will consist of women of color. They will share their personal journeys to education and then the roundtable will discuss the challenges they face as women of color (locally and nationally). They will also discuss the benefits that children of color experience through educational representation.

$3-20 suggested donation.

Moderated by Erica Brown.  Panelists include educator and anti-racism consultant Amy Brown-White, Cassandra Taylor, a high school teacher with over twenty years of experience in the public school system, Ricci Alma-Bueno, the Middle School Director at Oakwood Friends School in Poughkeepsie, and Dr. Paula Childs Perez, an adjunct graduate professor in the school of education program at SUNY New Paltz.
